The WeWay® Certification Program:
Provides interested persons with a step-by-step plan of action to facilitate the formation of relational agreements that significantly reduce the experience and high price tag of destructive conflict in relationships at home, work, and volunteer organizations.
The WeWay® Relational Development System helps people co-create relational interaction agreements that result in:- Reduced time spent making decisions
- Freedom for relationship partners to take action in alignment with shared agreements without having to get permission from others - fewer meetings!
- Increased ability for people to tell their truth and be transparent in their communications,so that everyone in the relationship always has all the information available in order to make the best decision.
- Reduced expenses in time, money and mental illness due to the stress that managing conflict requires when no relational interaction agreement exists
- Building and sustaining trust between relationship partners.
- Leveling the playing field so that all people, regardless of their position in the organization, are respected, valued and honored for their individual wisdom and contribution
- The experience of increased relational harmony, as well as personal satisfaction and meaning.
- Nurturing long-term relationship satisfaction and personal fulfillment.
The Core Premise of the WeWay® Methodology
The core premise of the methodology is that if people make agreements regarding how they will interact before they begin an initiative, project or a relationship, any shift or change in plans will be handled in ways that are more efficient, less expensive and more productive.
Certification Requirements
To be certified, participants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend both training weeks and all conference calls
- Participate physically and verbally in class dialogues, feedback sessions and team assignments, as well as do all homework assignments
- Live in alignment with the relational interaction agreement that will be used in all certification program events with fellow certification participants and the instructor
- After the first week of training, each participant will be responsible to co-create a relational interaction agreement with a group of people or with at least three other people you are in an ongoing relationship with and live in alignment with that agreement between training weeks (minimum of four months). Participants will facilitate the creation of a relational interaction agreement for the four month time period and will provide the name and phone numbers of their group members so the instructor can check in on their experience of the process.
- Attend a three-day re-certification training and methodology update after the first year. The second and remaining years involves fulfilling the requirement to take a four-hour webinar for re-certification and methodology update.
- Pay all training, certification and re-certification fees on time and in full.
Program Expense
Each week of training will require and investment of $700.00.

For the first week of training, registration for the certification program needs to be accompanied by a $100 minimum reservation fee no later than July 1, 2012. If paying the minimum please send a check or cashier's check to the address listed below for those paying by check.

Payment Plans Available By Arrangement
Send Wendy a proposed payment plan to Wendy at wendy@theweway.com before June 1, 2012. She will review your proposal and then call you to settle on a plan that works for you and her.
Group Discounts
If a group of six people register for the training together, the cost of their registrations will individually be reduced by $100.00 each. Payment will need to be made directly with Wendy and not on this website. Should any of the six people cancel, another person will need to be found to take their place to keep the reduced price intact for the other five people. To receive this discount, one person of the six needs to contact Wendy at 505-514-2024 before registering and provide all names, addresses and phone numbers and payment information for each group member.

Refund Policy
All fees will be refunded if the training is unable to take place due to a lack of enough participants. To provide a rich, diversified and deep learning experience a minimum of 10 people will be needed. A maximum of 16 amazing people will be allowed to register for the program.
Should the student cancel their enrollment after registration, Wendy Foxworth will make the following refunds:
- Cancellation 30 to 40 days before Aug. 13, 2012 or February 18, 2012 - Participant will receive an 80% refund.
- Cancellation 15 to 29 days before August 13, 2012 or February 18, 2013 - Participant will receive a 60% refund.
- Cancellation between 0 to 14 days before August 13, 2012 or February 18, 2013 - Participant will receive a 50% refund.
Travel Expenses and Lodging Arrangements
The remaining expenses of travel to the training site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA (housing, airfare and food) are the responsibility of each participant.
Depending on the number of participants who would like to stay in the same hotel (there are hotels near the training facility) attempts will be made to acquire rooms at a reduced rate.
