consultant, coach and mediator. She has over 30 years experience working with organizations
of various sizes. Additionally, she has
earned two Bachelor degrees in Education and Theology, as well as a Master’s degree
in Managerial Leadership from John F. Kennedy University.
Wendy has made it her business to study, learn about and teach others
about relationship management because it is the one thing that makes
everything else happen in the world, yet the one thing most people have
spent the least time learning about. There is an interesting assumption
that we should just know how to be in relationships in respectful,
considerate and cooperative ways. Truth is we don't know a lot about
being in healthy, functional and healthy relationships in our us vs.
them world.
Unfortunately, most people don't learn what they can do differently in a relationship until they are in the therapist's office or handed a pink slip at workbecause of behavioral issues. Far too many people are stressed at home and work because of tense relationships and not knowing what they can do differently.
Wendy has made it her business to
study relationship in depth. She has created many processes,
methodologies and trainings to help people succeed in their
relationships at home, in the work place and in other community
agencies and non-profit organizations. She has worked with people in number from 2 to 1,000 to
facilitate the formulation of relational interaction agreements which
serve to put the lid on destructive conflict and most importantly make relationships mutually beneficial.
Her
workshops all focus on helping executives, individuals, couples and organizations grow in their ability to establish
and succeed in fulfilling goals through forming respectful relationships,
treating the planet with honor and care, and being profitable in sustainable
ways for the greater good.
Wendy’s
lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, sharing in loving relationship with her life
partner, Paula Getz and their dog, Dobie.
